October Spirit Week
October 27th - October 31st
6th graders studied the work of Tim Burton and drew self portraits using his techniques of exaggerated features, dark lines, and expressive eyes.
Great news from SFPS! 📚 Student reading proficiency grew to 42%, continuing our upward trend, while math proficiency held steady at 22% for 2024–25.
This progress is a direct result of our incredible teachers, school leaders, and students working together toward excellence. 💪

The School Choice Lottery for K–12 students opens November 1, 2025. Apply for a school outside your child’s assigned attendance area for the 2026–2027 school year.
